Café Lacombe offers a scrumptious, full breakfast buffet for our guests and patrons that includes a variety of items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pastries, fruits, and coffee, tea or juice. We also offer an a la carte menu including breakfast favorites, if you so choose instead.

Bellamy's Lounge is our lobby bar located on the promenade of the Chateau Lacombe. It is known for its classic cocktails, full menu and exquisite views of the River Valley. It’s the perfect place to gather or relax, whether you are staying at our hotel or just dropping by after a long day.

Our lounge combines high-class and classic interior design to create a chic, yet comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. Paired with a breathtaking view of the River Valley right outside, it makes for the perfect place to meet, greet and unwind.

Pairing comfort with class is not the only thing Bellamy’s Lounge is well known for; our lobby bar serves delicious classic cocktails and many specials throughout the year, whether it's time for the Rodeo, or the Holiday Season is upon us*. Our friendly bartenders are knowledgeable when it comes to spirits, crafting your favorite beverage of choice to enjoy while unwinding. Our lobby bar provides a large list of spirits, including a scotch and wine list and a selection of both classic and exclusive drinks. If you’re unsure of what drink to order, our bartenders will recommend something based on your preferences. If you’re feeling adventurous, try our Alberta Fizz made with Burwood medica honey liqueur or The New Lemon Drop made from Strathcona-brewed vodka. Want something more classic? One of our AAA Caesars, rimmed with LaRonde’s own steak spice and garnished with a deep-fried pickle is sure to be your new favorite.

While our selection of spirits is what brings most patrons and guests to our lounge, Bellamy's also offers a full menu with appetizers and main courses, consisting of a selection of popular yet classic dishes. From grilled cheese and tomato soup to a steak sandwich, the casual dining and cozy atmosphere will make for a wonderful place to sit down, relax, and enjoy each other's company.

Located on the 24th floor of Chateau Lacombe Hotel and revolving once every 88 minutes, the restaurant treats its guests to an unmatched dining experience enhanced by service levels perfected by our 50 year history. In LaRonde, you will have the pleasure of sampling one of our sophisticated creations from exceptionally skilled culinary teams. La Ronde Restaurant

Revolving 360° in 88 minutes, guests of La Ronde can see the landscape of Edmonton in little over an hour. You will have no trouble finding a beautiful scene to capture while you wait for your dinner, during your meal, and after.

Famous for showcasing the Edmonton landscape, La Ronde also provides patrons with a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Using a high scale and retroactive interior design, we restaurant radiates a nostalgic, French-inspired aesthetic of intimacy and class. La Ronde’s seating is set up so that our revolving restaurant not only shows off an incredible view but also allows our patrons to see the entirety of our restaurant at work while remaining stationary. Whenever possible, La Ronde makes sure that our ingredients and produce come from local sources. By turning these locally procured meats, vegetables, and fruits into fine meals, it’s no wonder La Ronde was awarded Diner’s Choice in 2020 and has been the restaurant of celebrities local, national, and international alike. Come dine with us and try our chef’s creations. Start off with scrumptious appetizers, including the Wild Alberta Woodland Mushroom Chowder or their Pan Seared Crab Cakes and fill up with entrees such as the Alberta Beef AAA Prime Rib or the King Cole Duck Breast. If you are not one for meat, there are vegetarian/vegan options available such as the Lentil Ragout. Accompany your meal with our selection of spirits and wine from local wineries. Complete the experience with desserts prepared by the in-house pastry chef like the Tanzanian Chocolate tart.
