We have enhanced our beds to a new level of comfort with 7 pillows, a plush duvet, luxurious sheets and a pillow-top mattress.
   

Quiet Zone Floors
We have created designated Quiet Zone floors to ensure maximum silence for our business travel guests. Quiet Zones are only offered Sunday through Thursday and promise the following:

  • No housekeeping or maintenance activities between 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM, unless requested by a guest

  • Children and leisure groups will be booked in other areas of the hotel

 

Guaranteed Wake-Up Call
Our Guaranteed Wake-Up Call will ease any anxiety associated with oversleeping. This guarantee promises that you'll receive your wake-up* call at your specified time, or your night is free**.

*Wake-up call will be provided within 5 minutes before or after the requested time

Guest rooms will now include a sleep CD and relaxation tips.

This comprehensive CD offers guests scientifically-based relaxation tips and exercises to help promote healthy sleep habits.

We now offer our guests all of the tools necessary to help create an optimal sleep experience. Our sleep amenities include:

  • Eye Mask and Drape Clip to block out unwanted light
  • Earplugs to ensure silence
  • Lavender spray to promote relaxation
  • Nightlight to provide soft lighting during the night

 

About Dr. Breus
Michael J. Breus, Ph.D., is a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Skidmore College in New York and received the Mellon Undergraduate Fellowship in Psychiatry at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh. He completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. He has received both a master's and doctorate degree from the University of Georgia. Breus completed his internship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson with a specialty in Sleep Disorders and Neuropsychological testing. He is board-certified in both clinical psychology and clinical sleep disorders.

Dr. Breus recognizes the profound yet largely unrecognized impact that sleep disorders have on our health and wellness, performance, productivity, safety and healthcare costs. As Co-Founder of Sound Sleep, LLC, he is dedicated to raising the awareness of sleep disorders to both the public and the healthcare community, and developing innovative education and communication programs for their assessment and treatment.
