Chef Jasmin's renowned passion for regional cuisine is leading the industry in a new and exciting direction – the utilization of the "whole" animal thus promoting a healthy environment.

We believe in the need to support the use of natural pastoral land where animals graze free of growth hormones and antibiotics, with a dedication to directly supporting family farms.

On a monthly basis, Chef Jasmin, in communication with local farmers, buys not just the primary cuts of the animal, but purchases the entire animal. This is then utilized in creative menus served throughout the Crowne Plaza®-Chateau Lacombe.

In La Ronde, you will have the pleasure of sampling one of these creations – from Bison, Pork and Venison. These dishes will change daily or weekly and be accompanied by other regionally produced products.
